It was a delight to meet you today, and thank you again so much for facilitating the visit, which so clearly demonstrated the immense benefit to the boys, and also the staff and of course the zoo. To give these children this opportunity to work together, to learn skills, share and be outside and with such caring guiding adults is a gift indeed. I can absolutely see that these things will be also hugely valued by the young people.

The Zoo staff were so welcoming, and their commitment in opening the zoo to children, young people and adults to find a place of belonging, learning, friendship and healing shines through.

A real honour to have had a glimpse of their work today.
