PCiP Dragons supporting NCS

For all of you that already know the PCiP Committee members you will know being on a Dragons Den table is a perfect fit! You will also know that they are even more suited to being a Dragon and supporting the NCS programme with a determination to empower children with knowledge and opportunities, raise the aspirations and offer inspiration to the children of Plymouth who battle financial and aspirational barriers daily.

Wednesday 28th July a team from PCiP will be following on from The Plymouth Drake Foundations donation of 10 £50 vouchers to all Plymouth Secondary Schools and will join a Dragons Den event in collaboration with Plymouth Argyle Community Trust. I introduce the PCiP Dragons:

Stephen Patey – Director PwC, founding member of PCiP
Anna Phillips – Legal Director, Foot Anstey
Roger Pipe – CEO Millfields Trust
Julie Nash MEd, NPQH
Joedy Lawrence- Founder of Smarta Reductions and a special PCiP guest

Purpose of a ‘Dragon’
Our ‘Dragons’ will be there to listen to each teams social action pitch and offer feedback on how they could improve their programme and give advice on the options they have to achieve their goal. It will be great fun, and really supports their projects.

Everyone at PCiP is looking forward to sharing pictures and more about the day soon…
