Year one of the project and, in partnership with Dartmoor Zoo, groups of year 9 and 10 pupils selected by Promoting Children in Plymouth (PCIP) are given the opportunity to learn valuable skills in cooperative working, project planning and development, carpentry and basic construction skills, time management and problem solving.
Year two of the project takes the young people out into the Plymouth business community to explore their future outcomes. To date young people have explore many sectors including Marine, Engineering, Construction and The Arts
